1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Dialable World ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. The Service is operated by AEGONTECH LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

2. Description of Service

Dialable World provides browser-based Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) calling services that allow users to make voice calls to phone numbers worldwide. The Service operates on a prepaid, pay-as-you-go basis.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Credits

4.1 Prepaid Credits

• All services are prepaid using account credits
• Credits are purchased through our secure payment processor (Stripe)
• Credits do not expire but are non-refundable
• Minimum purchase amount may apply

4.2 Pricing

Call rates vary by destination and are displayed before you make a call. We reserve the right to change rates with 30 days notice. Rate changes do not affect credits already purchased.

4.3 Refunds

Credits are non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases of service errors or technical issues that prevented service delivery.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Make unsolicited commercial calls (spam/robocalls)
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Distribute malware or engage in fraudulent activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell the Service without written permission

6. Service Availability

6.1 Uptime

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 Emergency Services

IMPORTANT: This Service does NOT support emergency calls (911, 112, etc.). Do not rely on this Service for emergency communications.

7. Call Quality and Recording

7.1 Quality

Call quality depends on various factors including your internet connection, device, and destination. We are not responsible for quality issues caused by factors outside our control.

7.2 Recording

We do not record your calls. However, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding call recording if you choose to record calls yourself.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by AEGONTECH LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AEGONTECH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AEGONTECH LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you forfeit any remaining credits.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AEGONTECH LLC regarding the use of the Service.
